Local uses the local butcher (Pino's), baker (Grandaisy) & cheese maker (Joe's). Coffee is organic, fair trade & freshly roasted. Tea is fair trade. Eggs are organic. Our baked goods use organic flour, cane sugar & eggs. Milk is hormone & anitbiotic free.
